[REPLACE] I take on a small number of projects at any given time. That's deliberate. Deep involvement is the only way I know how to work — strategy built on genuine understanding of what you're making, who it's for, and what it needs to do in the world.

[REPLACE] My process starts with listening. Before anything is made, I want to understand the gap between where you are and where you need to be. Sometimes that's a brand that doesn't hold together at scale. Sometimes it's a space that doesn't communicate what it should. Sometimes it's a body of work that hasn't been framed correctly yet. The discipline follows the diagnosis.

[REPLACE] The projects I'm drawn to tend to involve culture in some sense — independent institutions, creative businesses, founder-led brands with genuine points of view. I'm not the right collaborator for every brief. But when the fit is right, the work reflects it.
